1. WHO IS RESPONSIBLE

Kaagapay Platform Inc. ("we", "us"), with business address 1F King's Court 1 Bldg., 2129 Chino Roces Ave., Pio Del Pilar, City of Makati 1230, Philippines, is the personal information controller for the personal data described in this notice.

We operate the automated assistant "LoanHub PH" on the Facebook Page "Loanhub". We are NOT a financial institution, we do not grant loans, and we are not regulated as a lending entity: we act purely as a referral intermediary between people who are interested and lending companies or institutions in the Philippines.

2. PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT

Through the conversation on Facebook Messenger we collect only the data you give us voluntarily:

- Your name and public Facebook identifier, as the platform provides them.
- The details of your request: the amount you need, when you need it, your approximate monthly income, the monthly payment you could afford, and whether you have any asset to offer as collateral.

We do not collect sensitive personal information. Please do not share bank account numbers, passwords, government IDs, or third parties' data.

3. WHY WE USE IT

The data is used to:

- Answer your enquiry on Messenger and guide you through loan options in the Philippines.
- Send you, once your request is complete, a link to partner lending companies or institutions.
- Keep the context of the conversation while we are assisting you.
- Produce internal statistics about how the service works, in aggregate form and without identifying you.

We do not use your data for our own advertising, and we do not sell it.

4. SHARING YOUR DATA

- When you click the link we share, you reach the sites of partner lending companies or institutions. Those sites have their own privacy notices, which we recommend you read; we do not control how they handle your data.
- The conversation takes place on Meta's platform (Facebook/Messenger), which processes data under its own policies.
- We do not share your personal data with anyone other than the parties above, except where the law requires it.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep only the last twenty rounds of the conversation (up to forty messages) as context for assisting you. When you type «restart», when you ask us to delete your data, or when the conversation is deleted, the whole associated history is erased. The aggregate statistics contain nothing that identifies you.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

Under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) you have the right to be informed, to object, to access, to rectify, to erasure or blocking, to damages, to data portability, and to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission. You may also withdraw your consent at any time, free of charge. To exercise any of these:

- Send a message on Facebook Messenger to the Page "Loanhub" stating your request (for example, "delete my data"). If you only want to stop receiving automated replies, type «stop».
- You may also remove the app from your Facebook settings (Settings and privacy → Apps and websites), which triggers our automatic deletion process.

We will act on your request within the period required by the Data Privacy Act and its implementing rules and regulations.

7. CHANGES TO THIS NOTICE

Any change to this notice will be published at this same address, showing the version and the date of the update.
